Sometimes you just need to wrap in a scarf to feel better. Sensory pressure always helps me. Sometimes in the winter I wrap up in my ridiculous long scarf. As a kid, I stayed under huge comforters. My son does it too, I have seen him sleep between couch cushions. Sometimes that scarf comes to the rescue. Simple, adequate, effective.
